Refund policy
Products purchased through our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with hang tag still attached.
Final Sale
All items marked “Final Sale,” including deeper-discount markdowns, are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments.
Standard Return Windows
- Within 14 days of delivery: Eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Days 15–30: Eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- After 30 days: Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds to the original payment method will have the return shipping cost and a $9 restocking fee deducted. If you choose store credit, the restocking fee is waived.
Holiday Return Extension
For purchases made between November 18 – December 24, returns and exchanges are extended through January 5, 2026.
- Refunds must still be initiated within 14 days of delivery (no change to the refund window).
- Returns initiated after 14 days and up to January 5 will receive store credit or exchange only.
- Standard restocking fees and return shipping charges apply to refunds.

If you are within the return window, begin your return or exchange through our RETURNS PAGE.
Do not send items back without submitting a return request.
Returns from different orders cannot be combined and must be processed separately.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within approximately 7 days once your return is received and approved. During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing may take 7+ additional days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error.
Item-Specific Guidelines
Jewelry and Home items may be returned within 14 days for store credit only.
